Important Note: All caps must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product offerings, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized caps (if offered)
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “final sale”
  • Any item not in its original condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Wait for processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with your return
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates
