Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to get your official MLB caps to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our authentic MLB caps and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized caps (if offered)
- Clearance or sale items marked as “final sale”
- Any item not in its original condition
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request (use the template below)
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
- Wait for processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt
